Hi, I’m Luki—founder of Suisterhood—and I couldn’t be more excited to welcome you into this new chapter of women building in Web3.

When I started Suisterhood, it was with one vision in mind: to create a space where women don’t just participate in Web3—they lead, they ship, and they shape the future. Today, I’m thrilled to introduce one of our biggest initiatives yet: the Product Management on Sui program.

Built in collaboration with the Sui Foundation, Mysten Labs, operated by Suister Devs, the educaiton initiative under Suisterhood, and incredible projects across the ecosystem, this 12-week course is designed to equip women with the tools, confidence, and connections to thrive as product leaders onchain. It’s not just about frameworks and features—it’s about building with purpose, intelligence, and creativity.

Course Overview

As Web3 matures, the need for thoughtful, inclusive product leadership grows stronger than ever. Enter Product Management on Sui—a 12-week course crafted to empower women building in Web3. The program is operated by Suister Devs, an education branch of Suisterhood, and backed by guidance from the Sui Foundation and Mysten Labs, this initiative is part of our larger mission to open the blockchain frontier to visionary women across the globe. 

Why Product Management on Sui?

Sui is one of the most innovative Layer 1 blockchains—blazing fast, developer-friendly, and community-driven. Yet the ecosystem can only thrive when more women are included in its growth. That’s why our program teaches not only the principles of product strategy, agile execution, and user-centered design, but also how to apply these in the Sui + Move environment.

Whether you want to become a founder, a product manager, or a leading voice in blockchain, this course is your launchpad..

Our Mission

We aim to build a more inclusive, innovative, and equitable tech future by:

• Providing hands-on, accessible education for women in Product Management and Move programming.

• Empowering women to launch careers, build products, and lead projects in the Sui ecosystem.

• Creating real pathways into leadership roles across Web3.

Who Operates This Program?

Suister Devs is the education wing of Suisterhood, a collective committed to elevating women in blockchain. We work closely with contributors from Sui Foundation, Mysten Labs, and partnering projects across the Sui ecosystem to co-design and evolve this curriculum. Together, we’re shaping an experience that’s immersive, practical, and deeply networked.

Guest speakers and mentors from the Sui ecosystem will be announced in the upcoming weeks.

Program Overview

• Start Date: Tentatively August 2025

• Duration: 12 weeks

• Format: Weekly 90-120 minutes virtual sessions via Google Meet

• Cost: Free of charge

• Commitment: Stake 5 SUI (fully refundable upon course completion + staking rewards)

• Language: English

• Participants: Max. 100 women

• Certification Requirement: To receive a certificate of completion, participants must not miss more than 3 sessions, must complete at least 9 out of 12 homework assignments, and must submit a final capstone project.

What Makes It Different?

This isn’t a university lecture. It’s a bootcamp meets builder circle, infused with community, accountability, and real-world learning. Each week features:

• Collaborative reflections

• Guest speakers from top Sui protocols

• Assignment showcases

• Peer learning through a shared Google Slides deck

You will learn by doing—and by sharing. You’ll create content, write posts, and present your reflections in a safe, empowering space. No textbooks. Just talent and tenacity.

Our Core Beliefs

• Own your journey: We provide the tools and structure, but the learning is yours to lead.

• Growth is a team sport: Engage, reflect, and learn with your peers—we rise by sharing insights.

• Create to learn: Putting your ideas into words and publishing your work makes learning stick and your voice stronger. Writing and publishing your ideas will deepen your expertise and build your voice.

The Suister Career Path

We envision three outcomes for our graduates:

1. Founder – You launch your own Sui-based product.

2. Product Manager – You join a blockchain startup or protocol.

3. Ecosystem Influencer – You become a visible leader and multiplier in Web3.

Weekly Agenda Structure

Each session runs for 90 minutes and includes:

• Welcome + setup (5 min)

• Participant reflections (25 min)

• Assignment overview (5 min)

• Guest speaker + Q&A (40 - 70 min)

• Topic outlook + wrap-up (15 min)

Assignments are designed for solo prep and peer presentation. Guest speakers include founders, developers, and PMs from successful Sui-based protocols.

This program is for you if:

• You are female, age 18+

• You can dedicate 12+ hours/week for learning

• You have a basic understanding of blockchain technology

• You have a basic understanding of the Sui Network

• You have a wallet compatible with the Sui network

• You’re curious about tech, blockchain, and product thinking

• You’re ready to grow, speak up, and show up
