THE INTERVIEW
Talking Voice, Visibility & Community with Busra Temurçin
In this conversation, we sat down with Busra Temurçin ahead of her appearance at Sui Connect Istanbul to talk about how she found her voice in the Web3 space, how she stays grounded while building publicly, and what community really means to her.
From growing her first 1,000 followers to navigating the pressures of being online every day, Busra shares the behind-the-scenes truth of what it takes to show up consistently and with heart.
What gave you the courage to start sharing your voice in Web3?
“For me, it wasn’t really about courage. It was about necessity. I spent a long time just watching and learning, but at some point, I realized that unless I started sharing what I’d learned, it would always feel incomplete.
Web3 had a lot of noise. Some of it was too technical, and some too shallow. I wanted to make it approachable. I wanted someone hearing about it for the first time to feel like they belonged.
So I didn’t wait to be perfect. I just started. I shared what I knew, admitted when I was wrong, and kept learning out loud.”
You don’t need to be perfect to start. You just need to show up.
How did you engage your first 1,000 followers?
“That first 1,000 is so special. It’s your core community. I connected with them through daily morning livestreams, late-night chart updates, and personal replies.
What I learned is this: social media isn’t a megaphone. It’s a dialogue. The more you listen, the more you grow.”
The best growth comes from real connection.

Did you experiment with content, or did it come naturally?
“I’ve always been curious and open to trying things. Each platform: YouTube, X, Telegram, Medium, has its own language.
But one thing has stayed consistent. I always try to explain things in a way that anyone can understand, no matter how technical the topic is. My formats may shift, but my voice stays the same.”
For me, authenticity is the foundation. Even on days I feel low, I choose honesty over perfection.
Were you always confident speaking publicly?
“Not at all. I was shy at first. In my early videos, I sounded timid and kept my sentences short. But I kept showing up.
Over time, and with encouragement from my community, I found my rhythm. Now, speaking to thousands energizes me.”
Confidence isn’t a trait. It’s a habit.
What does community mean to you in Web3?
“Community isn’t an audience. It’s a connection. Trust is hard to earn in Web3, but once it’s there, it becomes your biggest strength.
My Telegram group, YouTube comments, Twitter DMs — they’re all part of one shared journey. I’ve never grown alone. It’s always been us.
I believe deeply in what I’m doing. Some days the space moves too fast or feels too loud. But then someone messages me and says, ‘Thanks to you, I finally understood this,’ or ‘You helped me make my first trade without fear.’
That keeps me going. Everyone has a purpose. Mine is to help people see clearly and move with confidence.”
